About the role
Bank of America is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Global Corporate Banking team. The role provides confidential administrative support, manages complex calendars, and ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations for senior executives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple executives’ calendars, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting logistics, including off‑site events.
- Prepare meeting minutes, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Answer and screen calls, take accurate messages, and handle incoming mail.
- Gather and relay information to executives, responding to internal and external inquiries.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
