AI Evaluation & Annotation Specialist (Entry‑Mid Level) – Spanish LATAM

About the role

We are seeking detail‑oriented individuals to join our AI Evaluation & Annotation team, focusing on Spanish language content for Latin America. In this remote, production‑oriented position you will help improve large language models by reviewing, correcting, and rating AI‑generated responses.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated responses and rate them for clarity, correctness, and relevance.
• Annotate and label content according to project‑specific guidelines.
• Follow detailed written instructions consistently and apply them to each task.
• Generate or evaluate prompts depending on assignment type.
• Collaborate with QA Leads to incorporate feedback and raise task quality.
• Report completed work daily and meet established productivity and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and comfort with accuracy‑focused work.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently.
• Excellent reading comprehension and critical‑thinking skills.
• Clear communication and professional response to feedback.
• Availability to work a consecutive 8‑hour shift or two 4‑hour shifts within the specified IST window.
