AI Software Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Coforge is seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI‑driven applications that leverage large language models, natural language processing, and speech‑based interfaces. This fully remote position supports enterprise‑scale solutions for clients in Peru and worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch AI‑enabled services using LLMs such as Claude (Anthropic) and advanced prompt‑engineering techniques.
• Develop scalable backend APIs, microservices, and distributed systems to power voice interfaces and intelligent automation workflows.
• Implement cloud‑native AI workloads on AWS, including Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Bedrock, and SageMaker.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create data pipelines, ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI models in production, applying observability and MLOps best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI‑enabled systems.
• Proven ability to deliver production‑grade AI solutions at scale.
