Power Digital is seeking an Associate Director of Search Experience to lead a dedicated pod of search professionals. This player‑coach role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, ensuring top‑tier client outcomes while driving team growth and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a pod of specialists through senior strategists, fostering a culture of trust and high performance.
• Own end‑to‑end Search Experience strategy, covering SEO, GEO/AEO, and content initiatives.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues, guaranteeing satisfaction and timely resolution.
• Participate in new‑business pitches and client meetings, articulating Search Experience value propositions.
• Stay ahead of AI‑driven search behaviors and generative search platform changes, integrating them into service offerings.
• Contribute to the evolution of Power Digital’s Search Experience product suite.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a search or digital marketing environment.
• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on execution.
• Strong client‑facing skills and a track record of delivering measurable results.
