Paid Advertising Specialist, Lead Generation

About the role

The Paid Advertising Specialist will support the execution and performance of paid campaigns for a portfolio of clients, working closely with lead Strategists or independently owning end‑to‑end strategy for core accounts. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a drive to continuously improve technical and strategic skills.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution across paid advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, naming conventions and rigorous quality assurance.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, pacing and day‑to‑day performance with high ownership and autonomy.
• Support reporting, optimization and routine campaign management activities.
• Collaborate with lead Strategists to develop and refine strategies that drive lead generation and measurable business outcomes.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues quickly to prevent revenue‑impacting errors.

Required profile

• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency.
• Attentive learner, problem‑solver and eager to grow technical, strategic and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Highly reliable, detail‑oriented and able to deliver high‑quality work on time.
