Ben jij communicatief sterk en wil je klanten via WhatsApp en telefoon te woord staan? Wij zoeken enthousiaste medewerkers voor ons callcenter in Santa Anita, waar je een hoogwaardige service-ervaring levert.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Telefonische en WhatsApp-ondersteuning bieden aan gebruikers.
- Vragen van klanten beantwoorden en oplossingen bieden.
- Een positieve en professionele service-ervaring waarborgen.
Gewenst profiel
- 18 jaar of ouder met een geldig identiteitsbewijs.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een positieve houding.
- Bereidheid om te leren; ervaring is geen vereiste.
Vereiste vaardigheden
- Bekendheid met WhatsApp als communicatiekanaal.
Wat wij bieden
- Volledige wettelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden (planilla completa).
- Vast salaris: S/ 1130 per maand.
- Variabele bonussen: S/ 300, welkomstbonus S/ 200, mobiliteitsbonus S/ 100.
- Betaalde trainingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden vanaf de derde maand.
- Flexibele werktijden: full‑time, semi‑full‑time of part‑time, met roterende rustdagen.
