Bilingual IT Support Specialist

About the role

LlamaPixel is seeking a bilingual IT Support Specialist to join its Lima Support Center. You will work in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment providing 24/7 assistance to Spanish‑speaking users across Latin America. The role combines system administration, network management, and end‑user support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Support and monitor LAN/WAN infrastructure, including VLANs, firewalls, VPN, routing, and switching.
• Administer user, group, and permission settings in Windows Active Directory and Google Workspace.
• Configure and maintain Ubiquiti and Cisco Meraki networking devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux workstations.
• Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Document incidents, solutions, and inventory accurately.

Required profile

• Advanced/fluent English and native‑level Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in system or network administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Google Workspace, and GPOs.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and Microsoft 365.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, routing, firewalls).
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
