Bilingual Logistics Operator – High Performance

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Logistics Operator to join our Lima team, handling high‑performance import and export operations for international clients. The role demands quick decision‑making under pressure and offers strong visibility within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments, ensuring all documentation is complete.
• Schedule port and warehouse appointments and monitor critical dates such as LFD, deliveries, and returns.
• Track containers in real time and update the Transport Management System (TMS).
• Communicate daily with U.S. clients, brokers, and drivers to resolve issues.
• Identify and solve operational problems as they arise.

Required profile

• Immediate availability.
• Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written) and strong Spanish communication.
• Experience in logistics, dispatch or operations is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and pay close attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset, initiative and strong problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Transport Management System (TMS).
