Brand Ambassador – Latin America

About the role

We are seeking energetic, consumer‑focused individuals to act as the face of Monster’s beverage portfolio across Latin America. As a Brand Ambassador you will generate product trial, build relationships with consumers and support sales through on‑site sampling and merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Drive consumer trial of Monster drinks through guerrilla and event‑based sampling.
• Communicate core brand messaging and product pillars directly to consumers in the field.
• Support sales initiatives by executing event sampling, merchandising, and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and local influencers.
• Ensure point‑of‑sale materials are correctly displayed, products are stocked, and cold‑vault standards are met.
• Handle program materials and brand assets with professionalism and precision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• At least one year of experience in promotional sales or field marketing.
• Strong consumer‑facing communication skills and a natural ability to engage people.
• High personal standards for appearance, punctuality and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work varied retail and event schedules across the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
