Business Analysis Associate (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Business Analysis Associate to turn data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization. You will work remotely with cross‑functional teams, helping to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data to uncover trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support proposals for process changes and optimizations based on data analysis.
• Respond to data requests from leadership and contribute to ad‑hoc analyses.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards that facilitate decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Client Services, IT, HR, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and other departments.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across business areas.

Required profile

• Experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets.
• Familiarity with cross‑functional business teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (specific tools not required).
• Excellent communication skills to present insights to stakeholders.
• Advanced level of English.
