Clinical Trial Finance Coordinator

About the role

Under the line‑manager’s oversight, the Clinical Trial Finance Coordinator ensures smooth financial and administrative support for clinical trials, handling budgeting, contracts, payments and document management to meet site‑ready dates and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, control, update and close‑out country and site budgets, negotiate and maintain contracts (CTRAs), calculate and execute payments to investigators, vendors and grants.
• Track and report contract negotiations, maintain contract templates, ensure compliance with financial and FCPA procedures, and keep tracking tools up to date.
• Manage trial and site administration including essential document tracking, safety report reporting, clinical trial database (CTMS) updates, and supply management.
• Prepare, collate, distribute and archive clinical documents (eTMF), support eTMF reconciliation and quality control, and handle labeling and translation requests.
• Coordinate regulatory and site start‑up activities such as submission packages for IRB/ERC, insurance certificates, and publication of study results.
• Organise meetings, create study memos, and support local investigator meetings.

Required profile

• Fluent in local language(s) and business‑proficient in English.
• Completed office management, administration, finance or healthcare training, or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Good understanding of global and regional clinical research guidelines and good documentation practices.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and accountability skills.
