Content Marketing Manager for SaaS Startup

About the role

We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to transform an existing content foundation into a repeatable inbound revenue engine for a fast‑growing SaaS startup. The role is fully remote, long‑term contract, and works directly with the CEO to align messaging with the company’s ideal customer profile and sales motion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy that drives qualified inbound leads.
• Scale existing programs (newsletter, podcast, blog, G2) from initial to advanced stages through improved structure, cadence, and distribution.
• Create B2B content for website, landing pages, email newsletters, long‑form articles, webinars, in‑app messaging, and more.
• Convert long‑form inputs (podcasts, calls, decks, LinkedIn posts) into high‑performing multi‑format assets.
• Refine and operationalize company positioning, narrative, and category point‑of‑view.
• Maintain core messaging assets such as case studies, feature explainers, and G2 content.
• Own the LinkedIn presence, manage digital content hubs, and oversee podcast and newsletter workflows.
• Support YouTube rollout for video and podcast distribution.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating B2B SaaS content that resonates with senior operators.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to influence market perception.
• Comfort working directly with executive leadership.
