Contract Recruiter (Full-Cycle, Remote)

About the role

Power Digital, an AI-native growth firm, is hiring a contract Recruiter to plug into an active, high-volume recruiting pipeline and own full-cycle recruiting for a set of assigned roles. The position is remote and suits someone who ramps fast, works independently and delivers a fast, positive candidate experience. Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer support
• Manage candidate progress in Greenhouse, keeping records accurate, updates timely and the pipeline clean
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, candidate profiles and feedback
• Sourcing and engaging passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter to build diverse, high-quality pipelines
• Use AI technologies to improve recruiting workflows and use the company's Nova ecosystem for talent acquisition
• Act as a brand ambassador for Power Digital and a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices

Required profile

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency or in-house
• Ability to manage several open roles at once without losing detail or momentum
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with candidates and hiring managers
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine commitment to inclusive hiring and diverse sourcing

Required skills

• ATS experience; Greenhouse strongly preferred
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-assisted recruiting tools

KPIs include achieving a minimum of 5 hires per month and keeping time-to-fill for critical roles at 45 days or less. Applications are made through the company's careers page.
