Copilot & AI Agent Specialist

About the role

The Copilot & AI Agent Specialist designs, develops, and deploys AI‑powered agents using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and the Power Platform to automate business processes and enhance employee productivity across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and launch conversational AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build intelligent workflows that automate repetitive tasks and integrate with SAP, Ariba, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 and other enterprise systems.
• Partner with business units to identify automation opportunities, translate requirements into scalable solutions and quantify efficiency gains.
• Create and maintain knowledge repositories that power AI assistants for process guidance, system navigation and troubleshooting.
• Define AI governance, monitor performance and adoption metrics, and ensure compliance with data‑privacy and responsible AI standards.
• Facilitate workshops, provide training and act as an internal advisor on Copilot and AI capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing, developing and deploying AI agents using Microsoft Copilot technologies.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and automation concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with process owners, IT teams and stakeholders to drive adoption.
