About the role

Join goFLUENT as a Corporate English Trainer (Spanish Bilingual) and deliver live, online English lessons to professionals from leading global companies. You will help executives, managers, engineers, doctors, lawyers, and other experts improve their communication skills for the international workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live online English sessions for individuals and small groups.
• Customize lessons to match each learner’s goals, industry, and proficiency level.
• Create an engaging, interactive virtual classroom environment.
• Provide constructive feedback and complete detailed lesson reports after each session.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience teaching or training adults is preferred; corporate experience is a plus.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Comfortable using video‑conferencing platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Professional, learner‑focused attitude.
• Quiet workspace with reliable high‑speed internet.

Required skills

• Video‑conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
• Operating systems: Windows 10 or later, macOS Monterey/Ventura/Sonoma.
• Basic hardware specifications: Intel Core i5/i7 or Apple M1 chip, 8 GB RAM, 20 GB free disk space.
