Key responsibilities

• Develop and edit engaging, high‑quality content for various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and style.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and produce innovative ideas for campaigns, social media and other channels.
• Proofread and refine content to enhance clarity, grammar and overall impact.
• Build and nurture an active online community across social media and digital platforms.
• Respond to community inquiries, comments and messages promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and report on community feedback and online reviews, providing actionable insights.
• Organise and manage online events, contests and other engagement activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creative writing, editing and content development.
• Strong community‑management track record with successful engagement.
• Some experience in account management is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
