CRM Marketing Manager

About the role

A data-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager is sought to own the strategy, execution and continuous optimisation of customer lifecycle and product engagement initiatives. The role covers campaign creation, audience segmentation, automation, testing and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule and run campaigns (email, push, WhatsApp, in-app messages, banners) across segments, optimised for time zones, devices and preferences, in line with GDPR and other legal requirements
• Design custom segmentation based on behaviour, demographics, orders and ride history, and maintain dynamic segments that update automatically
• Build and manage multi-step automated workflows such as re-engagement, loyalty and upselling campaigns, and troubleshoot triggers
• Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests, then use the results to improve campaigns
• Report on open rates, CTRs, conversions and ROI, present insights to stakeholders and recommend improvements to rider and driver engagement
• Collaborate with content, design and analytics teams and mentor junior CRM specialists

Required profile

• Independently run at least five end-to-end campaigns per quarter on an advanced CRM platform (Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) and build at least three advanced automations per quarter
• Complete at least two intermediate-certified courses in Bloomreach or show equivalent expertise
• Write campaign briefs and reports in English and lead or co-lead three cross-functional meetings in English
• Apply intermediate digital marketing knowledge, including personalisation, retargeting and customer journey mapping

• CRM platforms: Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot
• Data analysis: Excel or Google Sheets with advanced functions (INDEX/MATCH, QUERY)
• A/B testing and deliverability monitoring (Postmaster Tools)
• GDPR/CCPA compliance
