Sales & Brand Internship - Lima

About the role

P&G Peru offers an internship program for active undergraduate students in Engineering, Marketing, Finance or Business Administration. The internship lasts 12-18 months, starts as soon as possible and is part-time with flexible hours. Interns join one of the Lima offices' departments (Brand Management, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Sales or Product Supply) and work on projects from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Own, lead and deliver key projects from day one
• Collaborate with a diverse team of P&G employees
• Develop creative solutions to complex problems
• Receive continuous coaching and mentorship from managers and colleagues

Required profile

• Active undergraduate student with graduation expected between July 2028 and December 2028
• Advanced English and written and spoken Spanish
• Strong teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills, and an end-goal oriented attitude
• Comfortable working with people from different levels and backgrounds

Required skills

• Understanding of business principles and basic financial acumen
• Proficiency in relevant software tools
• Nice to have: project management experience and knowledge of marketing strategies
