Customer Contract Management (Remote)

About the role

This remote Customer Contract Management position covers the support needed for pre- and post-contractual administration and management, terms and conditions of the contract, and claims management. It also includes defining, managing and executing risk modeling and contract estimating activities that support tenders and project reviews. The role impacts the quality of your own work and that of colleagues on the team.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
• Provide service agreement and time-and-material program management
• Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals
• Resolve customer issues promptly and act as liaison between internal organizations and customers
• Interact with customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, repair service and other teams
• Develop knowledge of your technical discipline and support specialized technical fields
• For customer-facing roles, build strong customer relationships and explain technical information to others

Required profile

• Basic experience in Services and Customer Contract Management
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or GED, with at least 6 years of experience in the relevant job family or function
• Good interpersonal skills; may be asked to lead a junior team
• Ability to resolve issues using technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures, consulting seniors on matters outside defined parameters
