Data Analytics & BI Specialist

About the role

ABB is hiring a Data Analytics & BI Specialist in Lima, Peru, within its Electrification Service function. The role reports to the Service Manager and works in a hybrid setting. You will build an end-to-end business intelligence framework for online products and SaaS solutions, turning business data into actionable insights and metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an end-to-end business intelligence framework for online products and SaaS solutions, including recommending architecture, analytics and reporting approaches.
• Evaluate business data daily to produce meaningful insights, metrics and trend identification that can improve business performance.
• Design new dashboards using best practices and intuitive visualizations.
• Execute quantitative analysis and interpret data using statistical techniques, providing ongoing reports.
• Capture and document the underlying systems, such as architectural and design aspects, to maintain system integrity.
• Contribute to design and coding standards, technology and tool selection, and define new data collection and analysis processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business engineering, industrial engineering, data analytics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Advanced English.
• Ability to work with AI tools.
