About the role

Join Havas' Global Center of Excellence in Lima to design and execute high‑impact paid media campaigns for international clients. You will work in a collaborative, purpose‑driven environment that blends global standards with local agility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Align campaign strategies with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Define and refine audience segments using demographic and behavioral data.
• Manage campaign budgets to maximize return on investment.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, headlines, and landing pages.
• Maintain detailed records of campaign strategies, results, and creative assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing paid campaigns on major ad platforms.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1).
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
