Power Digital is seeking a Director of Paid Advertising to lead a high‑performing pod that delivers strategic paid media solutions for global brands. This player‑coach position blends senior individual contribution, people management, and product leadership across paid media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the performance and development of a pod, ensuring the highest quality of work and client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary strategist in client meetings, articulating paid media plans and defending recommendations.
• Execute campaign setup, optimization, and reporting at an exemplary standard while mentoring team members.
• Shield the team from unreasonable client pressure while maintaining a non‑negotiable bar of excellence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including SEO, content, programmatic, and analytics—to integrate paid media into broader growth strategies.
• Prepare for progression to Managing Director by building leadership capabilities and delivering measurable results.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading paid advertising teams in a fast‑paced agency or growth‑marketing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Demonstrated judgment, craft, and consistency that earns team trust.
• Ability to balance client advocacy with internal team protection.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of paid media strategy and execution across channels such as search, social, and programmatic.
• Strong client‑facing communication and presentation abilities.
