About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Distributed Systems Engineer to design, develop, and optimize scalable, fault‑tolerant systems for enterprise applications. The role focuses on high‑performance computing, reliability, and efficiency across distributed architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain distributed systems with high scalability and fault tolerance.
• Optimize system performance across distributed architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement enterprise‑grade system architectures.
• Monitor and improve system reliability, availability, and responsiveness.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance distributed system performance.
• Develop and maintain automated tools for monitoring, testing, and deployment in distributed environments.
• Mentor and guide engineers in best practices for distributed systems design and optimization.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience with distributed systems, scalability, and fault‑tolerant architectures.
• Strong background in software architecture design.
• Solid understanding of system security.
• In‑depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization.
• Experience designing and integrating distributed solutions in cloud environments.
• Proficiency with relational and non‑relational databases.
• Ability to evaluate and choose appropriate architectures/technologies.
• Expertise in managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced level of English.
