Drive the Future Program – Markets and Trading Internship

About the role

Join the Drive the Future program as a part‑time Markets and Trading intern. You will work closely with the trading desk, supporting risk control, market monitoring, and analysis while gaining hands‑on experience with financial products such as FX, bonds, and derivatives.

Key responsibilities

• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports and analyses for the trading desk, covering financial statements, market data, macro‑economic statistics and market summaries.
• Prepare key inputs and operational materials that support day‑to‑day trading activities and decision‑making processes.
• Reconcile and report daily front‑office risk and P&L metrics, ensuring accuracy.

Required profile

• Student of Economics, Business Management or Engineering (7th cycle) with graduation expected between May 2027 and December 2027.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Availability for 30 hours per week on‑site in Lima, Peru.
• Knowledge of MS Office and basic concepts in credit, corporate finance and derivatives.
