Ecommerce Associate Account Director

About the role

Power Digital is seeking an Ecommerce Associate Account Director to lead a portfolio of 4–6 lifestyle and consumer durable accounts. You will act as the primary strategic partner for clients, translating performance data into actionable growth plans and ensuring marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day strategic direction for assigned ecommerce accounts, guiding clients through awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
• Analyze cross‑channel performance data, surface insights, and identify high‑impact growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to keep execution on schedule and with the Account Director to refine quarterly and long‑term strategies.
• Leverage Power Digital’s AI operating system (Omega) and intelligence layer (Iris) to enhance decision‑making and optimize processes.
• Communicate performance narratives to clients, ensuring alignment with full‑funnel objectives beyond last‑click attribution.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong cross‑channel marketing knowledge with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience using AI‑driven analytics tools for ecommerce performance.
• Familiarity with full‑funnel marketing concepts and attribution models.
