Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will join Hatch’s Shared Services group in Lima, providing hands‑on accounting and financial management across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, strong governance, and full compliance with tax and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely corporate financial reports.
• Review financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to support operational needs.
• Ensure full tax compliance, including monthly tax calculations and annual income‑tax filings.
• Supervise monthly and quarterly closing processes, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee reconciliations of general‑ledger accounts, intercompany balances, and bank statements.
• Coordinate information for transfer‑pricing documentation, BCRP reports, and regulatory authorities.
• Partner with Project Managers to align project performance with financial reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
