Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

About the role

Questel is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join its Finance Department in Arequipa. The role works on‑site from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PET to support collaboration with European teams and reports to an FP&A Senior Analyst or Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and animate business review reports for key product lines, ensuring data reliability, compliance, and completeness.
• Maintain and improve data quality, run consistency checks, and increase automation of reporting processes.
• Transition reporting from Excel to BI tools, consolidating data in a single environment.
• Build monthly group reporting for investors, ensuring alignment with group P&L and accounting rules.
• Organise budget meetings, collect inputs, and integrate budget and forecast data into reporting.
• Support other Finance teams and contribute to continuous improvement across the FP&A function.

Required profile

• Willingness to work on‑site in Arequipa, Peru.
• Availability to work the specified schedule (7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. PET).
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for reporting and data consolidation.
