Functional Business Consultant – Asset Finance

About the role

We are looking for a Functional Business Consultant specialized in Asset Finance to join our team on a long‑term basis. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that improve banking processes. Fluency in Spanish and a good command of English are required.

Key responsibilities

• Research client needs, analyse trends and best practices, and create detailed program specifications.
• Act as liaison between end users and consulting teams throughout project delivery.
• Define product scope, objectives and requirements; produce specifications and data models for development and testing.
• Design procedures to increase efficiency and resolve complex technical problems.
• Configure systems to meet agreed user requirements and provide direct consulting to clients.

Required profile

• 1‑12 years of experience in asset finance and leasing domains.
• Knowledge of assets and residual value management, asset finance accounting fundamentals, auto‑leasing and equipment finance concepts.
• Familiarity with hire‑purchase, loan structures, in‑life contract servicing and quote‑to‑contract lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Spanish and ability to communicate in English.
