Head of Latin America – Retail FX/CFDs

About the role

MarketsVox is launching its first Latin America operation and seeks a dynamic leader to own the region. Reporting directly to the CCO and CEO, you will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, build a partner network and drive client acquisition across Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Peru.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the LATAM market entry and growth strategy from day one.
• Establish and manage a high‑performing network of Introducing Brokers, affiliates and local partners.
• Acquire and onboard retail clients through reverse solicitation and community outreach.
• Represent MarketsVox at regional expos and industry events such as iFX LATAM and Expo EFX.
• Collaborate with the C‑suite to define regional pricing, product positioning and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, mentor and expand a local team as revenue scales.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior sales, partnership or business‑development experience at a retail FX/CFD broker.
• Proven network of IBs, affiliates and trading communities across LATAM.
• Based in Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile or Peru preferred).
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Self‑directed, high‑ownership mindset with a track record of building pipelines from scratch.
