Head of Product (Remote) – Fast‑Growing SaaS Startup

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Product to lead the product function of a fast‑growing, bootstrapped SaaS startup that provides an AI‑native PRM platform for partnership teams. This remote, full‑time position reports directly to the CTO and combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously refine the product roadmap across all areas.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a team of Product Managers.
• Partner with leadership to define product strategy and priorities.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct customer discovery, user research, and competitive analysis.
• Define, track, and report on product KPIs such as adoption, retention, and feature impact.
• Drive sprint planning and product release processes while balancing short‑term execution with long‑term vision.

Required profile

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• At least 4 years leading Product Managers.
• Proven track record of shipping products that generate measurable business impact.
• Experience with enterprise software, integrations, workflows, or platform products.
• Strong product strategy and execution capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Portuguese is a plus.
