Junior Account Manager – Multilingual (Spanish, English, Russian)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to support our partner network across multiple languages. The role is fully remote and involves assisting senior managers in developing and maintaining relationships with our global partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing and developing partner relationships.
• Set tasks for outsourced teams, write clear instructions, and monitor progress.
• Communicate with partners, gather feedback, and ensure timely responses.
• Manage news‑channel projects and coordinate content updates.
• Handle partner inquiries, onboarding assistance, and frequent‑question support.
• Provide support in all CRM chat channels.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (minimum B2 level).
• Proficiency in Russian (C1 level or higher).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience negotiating with contractors, partners, and handling claims.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
