Junior Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Marketing Specialist to support our marketing operations, customer communications, and campaign coordination across multiple digital channels. This remote, full‑time position is ideal for someone who enjoys fast‑paced environments, managing marketing systems, and ensuring data accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and segment contact databases in platforms such as Emma and GoHighLevel.
• Create, schedule, test, and deploy email and SMS campaigns, monitoring responses and ensuring clean data.
• Monitor inbound leads, maintain accurate prospect records, and support onboarding communications.
• Oversee marketing automation and CRM workflows, reporting issues and maintaining platform integrity.
• Support LinkedIn outreach campaigns, track performance, and manage inbound inquiries.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, analyzing campaign, lead, and engagement metrics.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, customer success, communications, or related operations.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with CRM and automation tools.
