Junior Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Marketing Specialist to support our marketing operations, customer communications, campaign coordination, and lead management across multiple digital channels. This remote, full‑time position is ideal for someone who enjoys fast‑paced environments and wants to grow in digital marketing and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and segment contact databases in Emma, GoHighLevel and similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Create, schedule, test and launch email and SMS campaigns, ensuring accurate content and clean data.
• Monitor inbound leads, maintain prospect records, and support onboarding and customer communications.
• Track and report on campaign performance, lead activity, and outreach metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Support LinkedIn outreach initiatives, monitor inbound messages and help optimise campaign launches.
• Identify and report automation issues, workflow inconsistencies and platform errors.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, customer success, communications, marketing operations or related fields.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
