Over de functie
Voor INVERSIONES FINANCIERAS CONFIANZA ben je verantwoordelijk voor het telefonisch, via WhatsApp en per e‑mail informeren van klanten tijdens de nachtdienst.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Klanten informeren via telefoon, WhatsApp en e‑mail.
- Informatie van klanten registreren in het interne systeem.
- Documenten opstellen en digitaal naar klanten verzenden.
Gewenst profiel
- Minimaal een afgeronde middelbare school.
- Enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare klantgerichte functie.
Vereiste vaardigheden
- Basisvaardigheden in het gebruik van computersystemen voor gegevensinvoer.
- Schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden voor het opstellen van digitale documenten.
Wat wij bieden

- Werk op locatie in ons kantoor in San Juan de Miraflores, Lima.
