LATAM Marketing Specialist

About the role

AMBOSS is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead the growth of its medical learning and decision‑support platform across Spanish‑speaking markets in Latin America. You will own the creation and execution of localized, culturally relevant marketing strategies that increase market share and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of LATAM education systems, exam structures, and the distinct needs of students and physicians.
• Adapt global messaging to local cultural and linguistic contexts, ensuring relevance for regional audiences.
• Plan and launch multichannel campaigns across CRM, paid social, SEM, SEO, and organic social, leveraging region‑specific channels such as Meta and WhatsApp.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and continuously optimise acquisition, activation, and retention funnels.
• Own end‑to‑end project management and collaborate with global teams (CRM, performance marketing, creative, product) to align initiatives and build scalable best practices for LATAM.

Required profile

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience in SaaS or B2C within Latin America.
• Strong grasp of multichannel marketing dynamics, including CRM, paid social, SEM, SEO, and social media.
• Proven track record developing and executing positioning, value propositions, and localized messaging.
• Analytical mindset capable of making data‑driven decisions with limited information.
• Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus.
