Marketing Cloud Consultant (Peru)

About the role

Globant is seeking a Marketing Cloud Consultant to join its Peru team. You will work within agile pods on large‑scale, global projects, helping clients design and execute marketing automation, analytics and customer‑lifecycle programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and optimize SFMC Email Studio, Journey Builder and Automation Studio for client campaigns.
• Integrate marketing solutions with sales, service and e‑commerce platforms.
• Analyze audience data to drive acquisition, segmentation and loyalty initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with CX principles.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing automation, analytics, audience acquisition and loyalty programs.
• Strong understanding of how marketing interacts with sales, service and e‑commerce.
• Working knowledge of customer experience (CX) principles.
• Excellent communication, team‑management and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) – Consultant level.
• SFMC Email Specialist certification or equivalent experience.
