About the role

Globaltize is seeking a bilingual Marketing Executive Assistant to support its fast‑moving director. This full‑time remote position blends high‑level executive support with hands‑on marketing operations, allowing you to influence brand scaling while ensuring smooth daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the director’s complex calendar, anticipating conflicts and ensuring seamless scheduling.
• Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
• Act as the operational bridge between the director and internal video production teams, tracking deliverables and deadlines.
• Audit raw and edited video drafts for pacing, music alignment, and visual hooks.
• Research trends on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, creating content briefs and benchmarking creative frameworks.
• Localise successful Spanish‑language concepts into high‑performing English‑language ideas.
• Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using workspace tools and AI applications.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of combined experience in executive/administrative support and digital marketing or social media.
• Fluent English and strong Spanish communication skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote, Pacific‑time‑aligned schedule.

Required skills

• TikTok platform expertise.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) creation and documentation.
• Use of AI applications for workflow automation.
