Marketing Manager (Remote, Central/South America)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing campaigns for several brands. The role is fully remote, focused on performance, and requires end‑to‑end ownership of paid media, email outreach, creative production, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, handling structure, targeting, creative testing, budgeting and bidding.
• Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA and CTR, identify issues quickly and improve profitability.
• Design, launch and optimise email marketing flows, broadcast campaigns and cold‑outreach sequences using platforms like Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp and GoHighLevel.
• Create static and basic motion visual assets for ads and emails, and write high‑converting copy.
• Maintain multi‑brand campaign calendars, provide weekly performance reports and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads with a monthly spend of $100K USD or more.
• Proven track record of running profitable campaigns for multiple brands simultaneously.
• Excellent written English (C1/C2) and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a dedicated workspace.
