Online IB/IGCSE Mathematics Teacher (Afternoons & Evenings)

About the role

As an IB/IGCSE Mathematics Teacher you will deliver one‑to‑one online tutoring sessions in English for students attending leading international schools. The role focuses on afternoons, evenings and weekends, providing flexible support to help learners achieve strong exam results.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live, individual mathematics lessons via online platforms, adapting instruction to each student’s needs.
• Prepare students for IB (AA, AI, SL, HL) and IGCSE examinations, including internal assessments and coursework.
• Provide targeted guidance on Cambridge and Edexcel standards, mathematical explorations, and exam techniques.
• Utilise digital collaboration tools to share resources, assign practice tasks, and track progress.
• Maintain professional communication with students, parents and school coordinators, ensuring reliability and high educational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Engineering, Physics or a related quantitative field.
• Extensive experience teaching IB Mathematics (AA, AI, SL, HL) and/or IGCSE Mathematics, preferably in IB or international schools.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Student‑centered approach with the ability to tailor lessons to individual learning styles.
• Availability for online lessons Monday‑Friday 4:30 pm–9:00 pm and flexible weekend hours.
