Operations Senior Manager

About the role

Rappi is looking for an Operations Senior Manager to lead the strategic development of its courier fleet. You will shape the gold standard for fleet performance, create segmentation models, and turn data insights into actionable operational decisions that improve utilization, order quality, and supply predictability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and roll out a global fleet taxonomy (full‑timer, part‑timer, occasional, new couriers).
• Develop courier archetype frameworks for behavioral segmentation and incentive targeting.
• Establish fleet quality standards per market and monitor progress.
• Align fleet structure with loyalty rules, dispatch algorithms, and CRM segmentation.
• Produce analytics on TSH utilization, full‑timer share evolution, and quality supply hours.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or strategy within a marketplace, gig‑economy, or logistics environment.
• Strong analytical background with experience building segmentation models and handling large behavioral datasets.
• Proven ability to translate data models into operational playbooks for non‑technical teams.
• Track record of driving cross‑functional alignment across product, data, and commercial teams.
• Fluent in Spanish with working proficiency in English.
