People Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a People Analyst to shape and nurture our remote‑first culture. You will design engaging rituals, build fair compensation frameworks, and partner with leaders to drive talent development across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run recurring team events, retreats, all‑hands, and milestone celebrations that bring remote talent together.
• Lead the redefinition of company values and ensure they are reflected in hiring, recognition, and evaluation processes.
• Redesign performance assessment cadence, format, and tooling, and support leaders in execution.
• Build salary bands, manage compensation cycles, and keep them competitive and sustainable.
• Act as the go‑to partner for leads on engagement, feedback, conflict, and growth conversations.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date view of every staffed developer, including location and performance metrics.
• Design and run follow‑up cadences with 1:1 check‑ins to surface employee wellbeing.
• Detect early red flags such as disengagement or burnout and coordinate escalations with recruiting and sales.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in People Ops, HR, or Talent roles.
• Experience or affinity with startup, high‑growth, or remote environments.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for building processes from scratch.
• Creative mindset for designing events and rituals.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple parallel follow‑ups.
• Empathetic with sound judgment, trusted with sensitive matters.
• Professional working English.
