Predictive Maintenance Technician – Rotating & Electrical Equipment

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Predictive Maintenance Technician focused on rotating and electrical equipment. You will lead the planning, development, and execution of preventive and progressive maintenance strategies within a continuous‑improvement manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with line leaders to achieve SQCDSM targets (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Morale).
• Own technology, process settings, and progressive maintenance KPIs for assigned lines.
• Manage the Repairs & Maintenance budget and develop time‑based maintenance plans.
• Coach shift technicians, building their technical and maintenance capabilities.
• Collaborate with Asset & Reliability teams on system improvements and special maintenance tasks.
• Lead change‑management activities, localize spares, and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Represent the site in regional and global technology forums.

Required profile

• Strong desire to advance a career in industrial maintenance.
• Advanced knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance (Step 4) and Progressive Maintenance (Step 3).
• Proven ability to independently execute breakdown, planned, and predictive maintenance on dedicated equipment.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coaching next‑level owners.
• Capability to act as a line leader, applying PDCA methodology.
