About the role
The Product Manager will lead the full product lifecycle for pharmaceutical brands in Peru, driving market opportunities in both public and private sectors. You will shape strategic plans, manage P&L, and ensure successful product launches while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategic product plans.
- Manage product P&L, financial forecasting, and budget monitoring.
- Design and execute marketing, digital, and promotional campaigns following corporate guidelines.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams (Marketing, Access, Policy, Commercial, Legal, Medical) to align on priorities and deliver projects.
- Work closely with the sales force to implement strategies and ensure product availability.
- Analyze market data, price trends, and sell‑in/sell‑out performance for public and private markets.
- Organise and participate in scientific and marketing events with professional societies.
Required profile
- University degree in Marketing, Administration, Economics, Engineering, Medicine or related field; postgraduate degree desirable.
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Product Manager in a multinational pharmaceutical company operating in Peru.
- Strong understanding of the Peruvian public and private pharmaceutical markets.
- Proven track record managing major product lines with strong sales results.
- Experience with digital strategies, marketing plan design, and effective presentations.
