Project Manager to the COO

About the role

Darwin AI, which helps mid-market companies automate business processes with AI-powered digital workers via WhatsApp, is looking for a Project Manager to join its Operations team in Lima. The person reports to the COO and helps scale the business tenfold, combining project and stakeholder management, data analysis and process structuring and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Structure and implement processes, and implement systems and software
• Carry out market research and benchmarks
• Build dashboards from multiple data sources, analyse data and run simple queries
• Follow up with Heads of other areas and monitor the KPIs of Marketing, Operations and Sales teams

Required profile

• Proven project management experience
• Ability to analyse data and use it in decision-making
• Practical experience with Metabase, Looker, Tableau or a similar tool
• Team player who adapts to dynamic, changing environments
• Strong passion for technology, innovation and AI
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel one week per month; Spanish speaking is desirable
