Recruitment & Selection Manager – Lima, Peru

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment & Selection Manager to lead the end‑to‑end strategy, governance and service quality of our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model for Credicorp Group in Lima. This senior leadership position will drive operational excellence, innovation and analytics to deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the RPO service strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Establish service standards, governance frameworks and quality benchmarks across all business units.
• Oversee consistent, efficient and effective delivery of recruitment operations.
• Directly manage Sub‑Managers and recruitment teams to execute tactical plans.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and achievement of KPIs.
• Drive transformation initiatives using automation, advanced analytics and AI.
• Define and execute the long‑term roadmap for evolving the RPO model.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and adapt to changing market needs.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• 6+ years of leadership experience managing recruitment teams.
• Proven experience delivering recruitment services, preferably in RPO or consulting environments.
• Experience in the financial sector is desirable.
• Strong track record managing SLAs and KPIs.
• Data‑driven decision‑making experience using reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to design and improve recruitment programs.
• Project management and change management capabilities.
