Regional Sales Manager (North Area) – Peru

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager for the North Area will lead Xiaomi’s market expansion in northern Peru. This remote position requires frequent travel to meet distributors, partners and key accounts, ensuring the brand’s growth and visibility across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the North Region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channels, clients, and retail stores.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to increase Xiaomi’s market share.
• Implement brand visibility initiatives to strengthen Xiaomi’s presence.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the regional sales team to achieve targets.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of experience managing regional sales for a smartphone brand in North Peru.
• Strong data analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
• Deep understanding of the northern Peruvian market and its consumer dynamics.
• Established relationships with various smartphone distribution channels.
• Fluent English for business communication.
• Passion for Xiaomi’s culture and values.
