About the role

We are looking for a remote Sales Manager to lead strategic partnerships and business development for a fast‑growing travel‑tech and hospitality platform. The role is full‑time and contractor‑based, reporting to the Distribution Team and working across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Present, promote and sell the company’s products with clear value propositions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentations to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Proactively respond to partner inquiries, remove roadblocks and keep opportunities moving.
  • Identify high‑potential accounts through active prospecting and outreach.
  • Represent the company at global industry events to expand the network and secure partnerships.
  • Report regularly on progress, challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop account plans, conduct periodic reviews and track performance against revenue targets.
  • Co‑design partner marketing initiatives and leverage data dashboards to prioritize high‑impact opportunities.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hospitality, tourism or related services.
  • Proven track record in tech‑driven sales and senior sales management.
  • Fluent English; additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese or German are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for key events and meetings.
  • Self‑starter able to work independently on a full‑time contractor basis.
  • Experience negotiating and closing agreements with OTAs, TMCs, airlines, hotel groups or technology partners.
