Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Darwin AI is looking for a Sales Development Representative in Lima. The SDR drives revenue growth through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, engaging potential customers by phone, email and social outreach. The role works closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and convert the pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers by phone, email and LinkedIn
• Qualify and respond to inbound leads, assessing their needs and readiness
• Schedule meetings and product demos for the Account Executives
• Research key decision-makers and market trends
• Manage the lead pipeline and track engagement in HubSpot
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation strategies
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings set and pipeline contribution
• Improve outreach through A/B testing and data analysis, and stay up to date with industry trends and the product
• Take part in team meetings, training and coaching

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development or a similar role in a tech environment
• Proven success in outbound and inbound lead generation
• Bilingual Portuguese and Spanish
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong resilience and time management
• Passion for technology and interest in SaaS solutions

Required skills

• CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot
• Cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting (highly desirable)
