Sales Development Representative – Spanish & Portuguese

About the role

Canonical, the company behind Ubuntu, is looking for a Sales Development Representative who speaks Spanish and Portuguese. The role involves collaborating with regional sales and marketing teams to identify customer projects that match Canonical’s product portfolio and promote the brand across various industries and geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via email, phone and chat.
• Execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns.
• Travel to events and conferences worldwide to represent Canonical.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and senior stakeholders to drive results.
• Work directly with marketing on campaign initiatives.
• Research prospective customers and market trends.
• Generate a multi‑million‑pound pipeline and identify new opportunities.
• Help define team processes and policies.
• Liaise with new and existing customers, setting up and attending meetings.
• Maintain and nurture leads on global opportunities.
