Sales Operation Modern Trade - Key Accounts

About the role

Diageo is hiring for a Sales Operation Modern Trade position in Lima, focused on Key Accounts. The role owns the field sales operations discipline for Key Accounts, covering store-level execution infrastructure, third-party merchandiser structure management, execution planning, outlet and store segmentation, incentive execution and JCP/JBP management routines. Its purpose is to turn Key Account plans into disciplined store execution with clear coverage, standards, performance routines, merchandiser productivity and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Own Key Accounts sales operations: outlet/store segmentation, third-party merchandiser structure management, incentive execution, execution planning and JCP/JBP management.
• Define and maintain Key Account outlet and store segmentation.
• Manage third-party merchandiser structures, including coverage, productivity, service levels, execution standards, scorecards and issue escalation.
• Translate customer plans and JBP priorities into execution planning routines with clear owners, timings and standards.
• Execute incentive routines for sales and/or merchandiser teams where applicable.
• Manage On-Shelf Availability (OSA) and On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance across the Modern Trade channel, ensuring optimal product availability and service levels with key retail partners.
• Govern JCP/JBP management routines.
• Lead operational discipline across Key Accounts, Activation, Sales Executive teams, agencies, merchandisers, distributors and Performance Reporting.
